I often hear people say they want less blue screen/green screen/CGI in their Star Wars films. This post isn’t to say that Episode I-III had less screen work or fake environmental shots, but that the Episode IV-VI had tons of the same types of work in them and analogue compositing isn’t anywhere near as good as digital compositing.
